How Far in Advance of My Wedding Should I Have My Bridal Makeover?

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. As you stand in front of family and friends to begin a new life with your partner, it is important that you feel confident and look your absolute best. If there are areas of your body that you feel uncomfortable with and would like to improve prior to your big day, board-certified Virginia plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Desman would be happy to meet with you to discuss a bridal makeover and help you determine what treatments will best address your specific needs.

Give Yourself Time

Some bridal makeovers involve nonsurgical treatments alone. These can produce a refreshed, blemish-free appearance and require very little recovery time. If your makeover is nonsurgical, you may need only a few weeks to one month to show off your results.

If your bridal makeover will include breast augmentation or a body contouring option, you may need three months or more for your results to be ready. It is best to discuss these options with Dr. Desman well in advance of your wedding to ensure you look stunning on your special day.
