How to Set Up Your Patient Portal

You will receive an email that looks like the message below.

Please note that you have 72 hours to set up your patient portal.

You will need to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are doing this from an iPhone and you click on the link, it may open the link in Safari. This will not work. You will need to copy and paste the link into a Chrome or Firefox browser installed on your iPhone.

You may get messages during the setup that say your password has expired. Just click on through and follow the directions to reset things.

You may receive another email during the password setup process that has a link to click on in order to proceed, which is normal.
